Sponsoring the efsli Conference means supporting a conference that promotes recognition, better understanding, and a higher status of the profession of sign language interpreters and translators in Europe, as well as collaboration and professional development across the field.

Our sponsorship packages below are guidelines and open to negotiation. Contributions can be financial or in kind, such as services, travel support, or equipment.

Practical information and conditions

Sponsors are responsible for providing all materials. Flags, roll-ups, and exhibition materials must be brought to the venue or shipped in advance in good time. We will provide the exhibition stands. Delivery details will be shared after confirmation.

For goodie bags, products must be delivered in the required quantity and within the given timeline. Please ensure items are appropriate for an international conference audience.

For logos and links, please provide your logo in high-resolution format, preferably vector or PNG, and a valid website link.
